Relentless and everpresent, the shadowy figure known as Rusul knows the Freelancer’s secrets and plans to leverage them towards a hidden agenda. His presence is, however, as fleeting as it is ominous. Apparently at all places, watching and waiting, he never stays still long enough for a second glance. Rusul’s full identity is unknown and so are his intentions, as he is an expert at showing his face but never his cards. All that’s certain is that people seem to die when he’s seen nearby, making the threat salient and pressing.
