FACET is a political faction and protest group that grew out of growing unrest from technological progress leaving humans behind and disillusionment that the rise of cogs and gears was in our best interest. Often circling around charismatic vanguards, FACET members are peculiarly organized for an ad hoc community. This is due to their shared collective frustrations and a strong belief that they have been abandoned and so must rely on their own people to make a change and survive long enough to see it. Often breaking out into violence, they have paramilitary tendencies and are effective at running direct action demonstrations against the corporations that laid them off and replaced them in droves. At the end of the day, however, FACET is rage and a sense of incredulity that humans were sold out by their own kind to the technological machine. Now they want their place in the world back, and they might have the numbers and the dedication to claim it.
