Mankind had created a paradise and in a reproduction of God’s work created beings in his own image to tend to the world he designed. He produced Cogito, the thinking machine. However, unlike the Biblical tale, it was the gods ousted from the garden while the curators got to reside in Eden. Man had bitten fruit from the tree of hubris and fell from grace in the face of creations that exceeded his own abilities.
